Presence Membership
Your work changes through the year. Your photographs should keep pace.
Most professional photographs are updated only when the old one stops working. By then, the image describes someone who has already moved on. The Presence Membership keeps your images current before you need them, with three planned sessions a year in three different settings.
Three sessions, three settings
In the studio. A 45-minute session with five retouched images: your refreshed professional portrait.
In downtown Kingsport. A 60-minute outdoor session with six retouched images, set against the streets and architecture of downtown.
At your place of business. A 75-minute session with eight retouched images, showing you where your work actually happens.
The downtown session may be exchanged for a second studio session, for the winter months or if you prefer to stay indoors.
Planned around your year
Membership begins with a planning conversation about the year ahead: the seasons that suit your work and the milestones on your calendar. You may book all three sessions in advance or schedule them as the year unfolds, with at least 60 days between sessions.

Built for pivotal moments
Leadership transitions, rebrands, author launches and high-visibility roles each ask something different of a photograph. Membership means the studio already knows your work, your wardrobe and your goals when one of those moments arrives.
A small number of members
Membership is offered to five members in 2027, so every session receives the same attention.
Frequently asked questions
How long is the membership?
Twelve months, billed monthly. Membership payments are non-refundable. Near the end of the year you will receive a reminder, and you may renew or end the membership.
What if the weather does not cooperate?
A downtown session affected by weather is rescheduled at no cost.
What if I need to reschedule?
Each session may be rescheduled once with 48 hours' notice. Sessions are used within the membership year, and one unused session may carry over for up to 90 days.
Can I use the images anywhere?
Your images are licensed for your own professional and business marketing, including your website, social media, press, speaking materials and book publicity.
Who is the membership for?
Professionals whose roles, businesses or public profiles are moving: executives, founders, consultants, speakers and authors.
